Right Opportunity Process
Our ten-step
Right Opportunity ® process helps us match your credentials, motivations
and work-life goals with opportunities for which you'll be a leading candidate
and top performer. Regular progress reports to candidates are part of the
process. In a nutshell:

Karis
team reviews position description, company profile plus professional and
academic credentials required, qualities needed for cultural fit, qualitative
results expected; challenges to and opportunities for advancement; availability
of work-life options.
- Preliminary candidate
list developed from in-house database and outreach activities such as networking,
cold-calling, referrals.
- Phone interviews conducted
with preliminary list to prescreen candidates primarily against professional
and educational criteria.
- Vetted candidate list
developed. Candidates who did not make the list are contacted and told reason
why.
- Vetted candidates are
interviewed again to determine cultural and behavioral fit based on profile
developed with client.
- Final presentation list
developed. Candidates who did not make the list are contacted and told reason
why.
- Final round candidates
have a last discussion with Karis search consultant to review the position
again, confirm their interest, discuss their motivations and touch base on
all important factors of the position. Reference names/contact information
is exchanged, to be used only if and when client expresses interest in them.
- Final candidate(s) presented
to client with Karis Partners summation of why candidate is a good fit for
the position.
- Personal interview is
arranged with the client; reference checking proceeds if both client and candidate
express interest in going forward.
- Offer is made. Paperwork
finalized. Onboarding process reviewed. Regular touch points with candidate
for 12 months on predetermined schedule to ensure success of the placement.
