How
do you protect my professional privacy if I am currently employed but am interested
in becoming a candidate for one of your positions?
All candidate information is highly confidential. If you are currently working,
we will be discrete when contacting you and references will not be checked until
we are at a stage in the process when the client may want to make an offer.
We will make certain our client knows you are in a confidential search and we
expect they will honor that confidentiality.
