Karen Murphy and Kris Swanson are founders and managing partners of Karis Partners Executive Search and Flex Execs Management Solutions, both headquartered in Willowbrook, IL. Flex Execs, which they founded in 1990, was one of the first companies nationwide to specialize in interim and contract assignments for managerial and executive-level professionals. Both women have extensive experience in human resources management and are leaders in the staffing and recruitment industries. Swanson is the past President of the Illinois Staffing Association.
