As a
Sales/Branch Manager you will be expected to guide, supervise, and
motivate a team of talented Recruiters while you drive new business and
grow client accounts. The
beginning of your career path would start with the following
responsibilities:

Prospecting and developing new sales opportunities
·
Maintaining current customer accounts and expanding
business
·
Inspiring and managing internal talent
·
Providing exceptional customer service
To be considered you will need:
·
5 to 10 years of staffing industry experience, including sales
experience
·
The proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales
goals
·
5 to 10 years of successful experience managing talent
·
Excellent organizational, leadership, and
decision-making abilities
·
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
