Benefits Analyst with HRIS exp

Our Client is a Fortune 500 firm located in Downtown
Chicago. Recent business changes have prompted them to need an HRIS
Analyst with benefit experience. Reporting to the Benefits Manager, you
will be responsible for the annual enrollment, maintaining and working
with third party vendors and working within their HRIS system
(Peoplesoft.)
If you have very strong technical skills and
enjoy researching, analyzing, measuring, and evaluating human
resources employee benefit programs; this is an excellent opportunity
with a growing company. As you showcase your Benefits & HRIS experience
and talents, you will be responsible for maintenance of the HRIS system
including all benefit information.

The right consultant for this position will have:
* Bachelors degree in Business Management or Human
Resources or related field
* 3-5 years of Benefits & HRIS experience
* Experience in the administration and analysis of health
and welfare and 401(k) Plans
* Experience administering Employee Stock Purchase Plans
* Solid computer skills including Excel, Word and
PowerPoint
* Professional in appearance and demeanor
* Team player
* Able to handle protected health information and
confidential data
* Able to multi task and meet deadlines while dealing with
numerous projects
* Proven track record of maintaining strong vendor
relationships
* Strong project management skills
* Able to write queries in the PeopleSoft system
