Right Hire ® process results in the presentation of top performers able
to contribute immediately to the organization. Weekly progress reports are
part of the process. In a nutshell:
First hiring manager
meeting. In-depth discussion to determine position and candidate specifications/profile,
team and corporate culture, qualitative results expected; challenges to
and opportunities for advancement; prescreen questions.
Develop search strategy.
Begin search. Use
all available avenues: database, networking, cold-calling, referrals.
Develop preliminary
candidate list. Do phone screen.
Develop vetted candidate
list. Do interviews with behavioral assessment against profile developed
with client. Establish candidates' strengths, weaknesses and expectations.
Develop presentation
list. In depth discussion with each candidate to establish interest and
discuss specifics of client's opportunity and determine if the cultural
fit feels right.
Present selected candidate(s)
to client. Review 'reason why' summations. Set up interviews.
Once interest is established,
check references. Present to client.
Make offer. Finalize
paperwork. Review 'onboard' process at client company or share
our onboarding program with the client for a smooth transition.
Ongoing customer service
calls to client and candidate for 12 months on predetermined schedule to
ensure success of the placement.
